Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings and payments made with The Stay Pyramids Inn(“we”, “us”), located at 16 Malek Fouad, Nazlet El Saman, El Haram, Giza, Egypt, including our rooftop restaurant and café, The Terrace. By booking or paying us you agree to them.

1. Bookings

  • A booking request is only confirmed once we confirm it to you by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Rooms are subject to availability. The guest making the booking must be 18 or older.
  • Please give us accurate names, dates and contact details. Each guest must show a valid passport or national ID at check-in, as required by Egyptian law.

2. Prices and payment

  • Room rates are per room, per night, as shown on our pricing page.
  • We may ask for a deposit or full payment in advance, by a secure payment link sent by us, by bank transfer, or on arrival.
  • We only send payment links from our official contact details (see Contact us).
  • Rates may change, but a confirmed booking keeps the rate we confirmed.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

4. Check-in and check-out

  • Please tell us your expected arrival time. We offer flexible check-in and 24/7 reception.
  • Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may carry an extra charge.

5. Guest conduct and responsibility

  • Guests must respect other guests, our staff and the property. We may end a stay without refund for serious misconduct, illegal activity or danger to others.
  • Guests are responsible for damage to rooms or property caused by them or their visitors.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside rooms unless we tell you otherwise.
  • Please keep valuables safe. We are not liable for belongings left unattended, except where the law says otherwise.

6. The Terrace Restaurant and Cafe

Food and drink at The Terrace are charged at the menu prices at the time of ordering. Please tell us about any food allergies before you order.

7. If we cannot honour a booking

In the rare case we cannot honour a confirmed booking, we will offer equivalent accommodation or a full refund of what you paid for the unused nights.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for events outside our control, such as natural events, government action or travel disruption.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Giza have jurisdiction.
